June 11th – TRAVEL DAY (Adam to make up later in the month on a 2-a-day)

June 12th – 2.5 mile weighted hike including 24 flights of stairs

June 13th – 3 rounds, 12 pull ups, 25 air squats, 500m row – RESULT: 9:35

June 14th – 4 rounds 200m run, 20 KB Swings, 20 wall balls – RESULT: 10:38

June 15th – 12 minute AMRAP (10 ring rows, 10 box step ups, 10 burpees) – RESULT: 8 Rounds
