In my March challenge, I lost 8 pounds and gained a pound of muscle. It was a massive change and great results from a perfectly executed month of training and hard work.
In April, I was able to relax, have a few drinks and eat more loosely. Pretty quickly in less than 2 weeks, I saw that progress start to slip.
It’s a reminder that the hard work I put in yesterday to get today’s results are due to the times when I put in the hard work to begin with.
