If you want to know how you got here, look at the road behind you.

In my March challenge, I lost 8 pounds and gained a pound of muscle.  It was a massive change and great results from a perfectly executed month of training and hard work.

In April, I was able to relax, have a few drinks and eat more loosely.   Pretty quickly in less than 2 weeks, I saw that progress start to slip.

It’s a reminder that the hard work I put in yesterday to get today’s results are due to the times when I put in the hard work to begin with.

That goes for work, health, etc. The moment you forget that, the moment your results follow behind.
Time for me to do the things that got me success in the past and to not forget the hard work and good habits that caused the current results.
