It is arguable that this is the most important attribute in business and in life. Know what you’re actually GREAT at and delegate the rest.
There are things I know little about. Those things are relatively easy to delegate, but more difficult to monitor and know whether someone is doing a good job. It’s best to have independent perspective on these things.
There are plenty of things that I’m good at, but not great. Those are the hard things to delegate, but arguably the most important.
