  1. Hi Adam,

First off, let me introduce myself. I’m Ryan Paugh (aka the other Ryan authoring Employee Evolution and co-founding Brazen Careerist, Inc.). It’s good to finally talk to you because as the network gets up and running I will be communicating a lot with you guys. So nice to meet you!

I’m writing to let you know we linked to you in a guest post Penelope wrote for DumbLittleMan. You can check out the article here.

Have a good week! We’ll be in touch.

  2. Adam since you wrote that about yourself why don’t you use the first person. It would seem more… what’s the word? Authentic. Honest. Candid. Straightforward. Down to earth?

  3. Recruiting Animal,

I agree that a 1st person overview is more authentic, but I wrote this in the 3rd person because it makes it easier for people to grab and post on their own sites.

    Appreciate the feedback as always!
